AK Enterprises, a roofing and general construction company in central Ontario, had an outdated website and was struggling to attract new customers. Our first step was to create a website that was visually engaging and also optimized for maximum performance. To attract younger clients, we integrated a text messaging system within the site to allow visitors to quickly send a message to request a quote. Booked clients were then sent follow up messages, after their project was complete, to rate them on Google. This method allowed AK Enterprises to go from a 3.5 star rating to 4.5 within a couple months, pushing their business profile to the top of Google.

Attracting New Clients
We set AK Enterprises up as a Google Guaranteed service. We then began running Google LSAs (Local Service Ads) in central Ontario and expanded into the Greater Toronto Area. These ads are different from regular Google Pay-Per-Click ads where people are redirected to a website. Instead, when a potential customer clicks a Local Service Ad, they are prompted to call the business. Therefore business's are only charged for direct leads.
